Sea Ray 440 Aft Cabin for charter

Motor Vessel "Gail Force" is a great example of Sea Ray's 44 Aft Cabin.The  Design became popular for many reasons.  The prop pockets enable her to get in much closer on anchorages. The helm is an easy access from the aft deck and not just for the user friendly apects of docking, but to communicate with friends.  Overnight quests have a private stateroom with hard door and private head with shower on the opposite end of the vessel from the master. The U-shaped galley down design is just across from large booth dinette.  Dinette converts into a fourth sleeping area if the salon couch is spoken for. This Fresh Water Kept Aft Cabin enjoys the benefits of having Licensed Captain and Mercruiser Certified mechanic taking care of her (the owners son).  One look in the engine room and you can't help, but to crack a little smile.  Bottom and Anodes maintained by a diving service.  Outside of needing new interior carpet, you would be hard pressed to find much wrong with this one.  Mechanically sound with new canvas, isinglass and windscreens.
