Eastern’s 31' runs on another thoroughbred Downeast hull from famed designer Royal Lowell.  Her graceful sheer, flared bow, clipper stem, and full keel have given her legendary seaworthiness.  Unlike most of Lowell’s hulls, though, the 31' has hard chines, giving her excellent speed, efficiency, and stability both underway and at rest.  With her diesel powerplant, she will cruise comfortably at 15-16 knots even in rough seas, while her classic flare and forward spray rail keep her windshield dry.

'Five Figs' is a one owner 31' Eastern Coastal Explorer, 2009 model, however not purchased and launched until 2011.   She's powered by an efficient and reliable 330hp Cummins QSB5.9 with 1900 hours, with major services up to date.   Additional features include a Flag Blue Awlgrip hull color, extended cabin, 3.5kw generator, 2000 watt Xantrex inverter, Garmin MFD with 24" radar, Simrad autopilot, bow thruster, air conditioning, private head with vacu-flush system, and more.
