Palma in Mallorca is a popular yachting hub, with numerous marinas lining the coast catering to all types and sizes of vessel.
Moll Vell is at the heart of the city, surrounded by the 13th century cathedral, 15th century government site, the Gothic fish market and city ramparts, just 150 meters from the main shopping street. The annex building is home to offices, bars and restaurants with a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views across the port, shipyard, cathedral and cityscape.
There are 26 berths, three of 20 metres, eight of 25 metres, ten of 30 metres and two of 40 metres, fully renovated above and below water. with 220 metres of tying-up and a communication platform featuring double bollards and cable storage.
The Serra de Tramuntana creates stunning cliffs and delightful rocky coves only accessible from the sea, in contrast to the sandy beaches along the rest of the coast. Temperatures rarely fall below 5? C and in summer can reach 30° C. Mallorca has over 42 marinas in total, offering excellent facilities and respect for the environment, and several marine reserves such as Mitjorn, the Illa del Toro and Cala Ratjada.
Mallorca is also home to several presitgious regattas, including the Reina Sofia Trophy, the King`s Cup Regatta, the Admiral Count of Barcelona Trophy and the Breitling Regatta and the Superyacht Cup each year in June.
