Galley Equipment

Coffee maker. Drinking water dispensor and stand - three 3 gal bottles, special water filter. Large pantry. Backsplash beneath kitchen cabinets. 

Deck and Hull Equipment

Commercial "Tru-Infrared" bar-b-que. 4 high volume propane tanks with gauges (last all year), 4 deck benches that seat 12  people with foam acrylon cushions and underseat storage. 4 weatherproof chairs with foam acrylon cushions, 4 small serving tables, 2 weatherproof end cabinets with storage.  Awning over back swim deck. Swim deck boarding ladder. 6 outside shade covers. Front and back accordian water hoses. Overhead 12 volt lights and ceiling mounted speakers. 

Mechanical Equipment

Engine is OMC, 4 cylinder, 140 HP. Comes with 1 Michigan prop and 1 Propco custom prop. Generator is Westerbeke 8500 watts with fresh water heat exchanger. Water - exhaust seperator mufflers send exhaust 10 feet above boat and water back into lake - this is a houseboat safety feature. Automatic switching from dock power to generator power.

Accommodations

Sleeps 8-10, aft bedroom queen bed, futon forward cabin, full cushions in penthouse with inside ladder to hatch, captain's swivel chair, 2  restrooms, hot water shower, plenty of storage in drawers and closets, large bedroom closet with mirror doors, 3 A/Cs, heater, Hi-def widescreen TV with surround sound and subwoofer, ice maker, 2 Dometic refrigerators that work on propane or electricity, whole boat sound system - 10 speakers, AC and DC lighting throughout, 18 USB ports, VHF  radio. Large hall closets.

Lake Mohave has not been affected by low water like Lake Mead and the cove camping with your own houseboat is extraordinary.
