Brokers Comments

The Vancouver 27 has an excellent reputation as a long-distance cruising yacht. The 27/4 version added an extra berth to the original  layout. “Alchemist” is well equipped and was purchased late 2015 by her present owner who then had her completely refurbished by her original builders at Northshore. She has been meticulously maintained since then. She is now for sale and completely ready to sail. Her owner has purchased a Contessa 32 for racing.
