here we have a very well laid out raised pilothouse motoryacht with an aft cockpit. her interior woodwork is in very nice condition! this is a 3 stateroom 2 head layout. her roomy master stateroom has an ensuite head with shower and tub, and her guest stateroom and bunk room share the other head and shower. she is powered by twin fresh water cooled (450c) 450hp cummins diesels with 2330 hours. all of the maintenance is current on these engines as of 2022 to include all coolers sea water pumps and heat exchangers. this yacht has the following features; 21.5 kw onan generator with 3300 hours, bow thruster, aqua miser water maker(10 gallons per hour), electronic shift controls(3 stations), nibral 4 blade props, 4 zone air conditioning with reverse cycle heating, maxwell vertical windlass with 225ft of galvanized chain, 50 amp shore power cord with cable master, remote spotlight, cockpit engine controls, cockpit sink and electric grill, large aft cockpit with bridge access, tv's and entertainment system through out, full galley with fridge and freezer and electric cook top, raised pilot house with additional seating and bridge access, fresh water electric heads, echo 130 amp battery charger/250 amp inverter, 35 amp professional mariner battery charger, color furuno navnet radar/gps/sounder found at upper and lower stations as well as simrad ap20 autopilot and vhf radios and thruster controls, central vacuum system, wet bar with fridge on bridge, additional freezer for storage, intercom system, aqua scan rigid bottom inflatable with outboard and full cover, dinghy davit. bimini top with full enclosure(4 years old).
things needing attention;
generator needs electrical head, all carpet needs to be replaced, OUTSIDE cushions need recovering, interior and exterior detailing.
