Designed by Robert Perry, this 48 Cheoy Lee is a sloop-rig with a skeg rudder and modified keel.
Full galley, two head with showers, two entrance one through mainsaloon and one through aft. Mast was replaced with aluminum spars roller mainsail and Harken roller furler ten years ago.
New Mastervolt battery charger 50 Amp, three channel that can handle either lead acid, agm,gel, lithium batteries. Two brand new lead acid dual purpose starting batteries and three brand new lead acid deep cycle batteries.
All stanchions was taken off by the yard this fall and re embedded and both Genoa track was re embedded as well. Left to do for the next owner is replace two through hull valves for the toilets, have a new uv cover made for the main sail and a new compressor and Coldplate installed.
This yacht has a brand new inner stay with a brand new stay sail hank on and a working electric windlass and a small dodger as well as Davits and bimini top.
