This is undoubtedly a unique find. This is a 2004 Regal Session 22xi wakeboard/wake surf boat. The throttle is mechanical, and there are 4 hard ballast tanks, 2 in the back, 1 in the middle, and 1 in front (need maintenance), so needless to say, this boat can put out a really nice wake and surf. The new interior was installed in 2018. We purchased this in April 2019 and planned to dock it at the lake, but with everything happening in the current season, we're just not getting out on it as much as we should. Listed are some upgrades we made within the first 12-13 months of owning it.
I want to be transparent as possible, so here are some disclosures.
- The boat is sold AS-IS with no warranties.
- As with all boats 10+ years old, it’s not perfect, there are minor things here and there, but it’s a blast on the water, and it’s a bit ageless due to the black hull, the Roswell Aviator Pro Wake Tower, and Mocha SeaDek upgrades we made to the boat, it doesn't look like 2004.
- We don’t have a cover anymore, I was planning on getting one custom-made, but since I am selling, the new owner may want to have some say in what they would prefer.
- At least one new marine battery will need to be replaced.
- The ballast tanks had new motors installed before we purchased them in 2019, but they’ve not worked right since we purchased them. They will likely require maintenance.
- The new bimini tends to sail at high speeds, but it just needs some adjustment; I don’t really have the time to dedicate to it right now, or else I’d take care of it.
- The same goes for the sound system's electrical wiring, it needs some tweaking as well.
